A lot of times we will get questions from players or parents about trying to remember what events they registered for or what their status is for a particular event. It used to be that back in the day we would mail “confirmation cards” to each player a couple of times during the Spring. These “confirmation cards” would list all the events a player was registered for, along with their status for the event. As you could imagine, mailing around 1400 of these a couple of times a season was neither time or cost effective.
These days, things are much easier, as all of that info is contained in the individual’s Players’ Club Account. Players and parents can access this info by logging into the account and clicking the “tournaments” tab where you would register for events. Once you do that, you’ll be able to click and view any upcoming tournaments the player is registered for. This is a great way to keep up to date with your schedule and can even save you a call to the office.
